Page 92 of the manual marked "Power Wiring Diagram". Fuses F1 and F3 for the aux. power driver board are flip-flopped as to what solenoids / flashers they power. The fuse location sticker which is on the right side of the backbox lists the correct solenoids / flashers for these two fuses.
Refer to the aux. power driver board schematics on page 88 for the correct fuse designations.
