Yup...that's apparently how it works.
It's merely a user-to-user ping pong.
I wanted to use the Forum but it wasn't online yesterday...and it's clumsy too.
I agree with your comments...yes...we want to make sure we don't have folks inventing the same content independently. It would be nice to have the entire Wiki Table of Contents laid out in advance rather than create it ad hoc as we are.
