Sharkey's Shootout (specific page)
While using the established WhiteStar board set, Stern's second game, Sharkey's Shootout, makes three key changes to the CPU/Sound and I/O Driver boards.
- The CPU/Sound board uses a 62256 RAM vs the "normal" 6264 RAM. A small three pin jumper just below the RAM chip must be installed in the correct position (see labeling on board).
- The PAL at U213 is unique to Sharkey's Shootout. It has a gold dot on it.
- The I/O Driver board has several cuts and jumpers incorporated. See: Sharkey's Shootout Specific Driver Board
