Talk:Coinbox/Cashbox Identification Guide
this is excellent work, but I have a possibly unwelcome suggestion. Data East and DE both used Coin Controls doors; Williams used a mix of Coinco, then mostly Entropy doors. Sega used some Entropy doors, then Coin Controls (aka Wells Gardner), now they're using Happ.
Any interest in reorganizing this to be by coin door, since the coin doors are the same across manufacturers?
My attempt to do something similar is here. —ts4z (talk) 15:24, 27 December 2015 (CST)
I saw a little of that with Gottlieb systems & coin doors since they changed out doors during runs of systems and even specific games. Not to mention the foreign style coin doors.
I haven't really had the time to dig into Williams coinboxes/coindoors--they seem to be a real mess of styles.
I'm certainly open to including coin doors where it makes sense in order to determine which coinbox will match it. —ForceFlow (talk) 18:33, 27 December 2015 (EST)
