Talk:Common Flipper Troubleshooting
Sorry about the revert. The thing notation provides a cross-reference; the left hand thing is the destination and the right-hand thing is the visible label. thing is the same as thing and that's not what's desired. ts4z (talk) 01:00, 2 January 2015 (CST)
I don't understand. There seems to be an extra # symbol. Was that your intent? Chris
(Relocated this to the right page)
(out of conversation thread sequence) Now I understand what you were accomplishing. There was a missing right bracket though (at least I think there was) and I fixed that.
The extra # symbol causes different behavior. It doesn't display, but it links to a sub-section of the same page. It's a cross reference.
- link to Common Flipper Troubleshooting
- link to Baked Coil section
- link to "demo" sub-section below
- link to "demo" section below under its regular name: #This section is just for a demo
Of course, the demo section internal link bit only works if there's enough space on the page to scroll, so I'll add a bunch of blank lines below.
This section is just for a demo
This section is linked above. With the # in the link name, we link to that section providing a cross-reference. A#B links to page A, section B. #B links to section B on whatever page we're on.
