I'd like to see the wire bend a little tighter on the bottom connection (top doesn't matter since it's the same trace) - so it doesn't hang over that adjoining trace.

Ya...That did cross my mind when i was installing the correction and I would do that normally. But I wanted to show both the damage and the repair in the same photo. The things I do for PinWiki (spoken in a martyr voice). :-)
