Building a flexible power supply for bench testing PCBs

Discuss using a PC power supply for bench testing. AT-style PC power supplies typically provide +12VDC, -12VDC, +5VDC, -5VDC, and ground. All of these power levels are useful when bench testing various pinball printed circuit boards.
